Terms of Service

Uptime policies, subscription plans, 24/7 dedicated support guidelines, and account usage rules for Billing24*7 platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, initiating a subscription, or using the Billing24*7 restaurant management POS and Inventory SaaS platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing our POS client interface, Waiter tablets, KDS displays, and admin analytics dashboards.

2. Subscription Plans, 3-Day Free Trial & Support

Billing24*7 provides its full-featured restaurant management suite under a flat-rate plan of Rs. 2,999 per year.

  • 3-Day Free Trial: All new operators are eligible for a 3-day risk-free evaluation. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
  • 24/7 Support: Fully paid subscription accounts are eligible for priority 24/7 technical support to resolve billing terminal offline issues, printer configurations, or catalog queries.

15-Day Cancellation & Refund Policy

To guarantee high service standards, we back every yearly subscription with an explicit guarantee. If you decide that Billing24*7 is not matching your requirements within 15 days of activation, we will instantly process a 50% refund of your yearly fees without questions.

3. Account Integrity & Proper Usage

As a registered operator, you are solely responsible for all transaction data, user management, staff PIN assignments, and local database security keys under your tenant dashboard.

You agree not to exploit the multi-tenant architecture, reverse-engineer the POS components, upload malicious payloads into recipes, or compromise the billing terminal operations.

4. SLA, Uptime & System Maintenance

We target a 99.9% application uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance operations that require short offline windows will always be communicated 48 hours in advance to avoid disruption during peak dining hours.

Billing24*7 is not liable for transaction discrepancies caused by local ISP downtime, thermal printer physical failures, or faulty local network hardware.
